These explanations are no less made-up than anything else about God is. Putting him in time yielded paradoxes, so they made up the answer that he was outside time. It's just more fantasy. There isn't a single person, including Drich, who has any knowledge of God. Every single fact of God was at one time or another pulled straight from someone's ass. None of it counts as fact.
