Who cares about sexual fetishes? Homosexuality is not a fetish it's a sexual orientation.
There are men who are attracted to women, and men, or just women or just men. That's sexual orientation. Sexual identity can be totally different, for instance that man could identify as a female. Hell you could have two males who identify as women, in a lesbian relationship with one another.
Humans are given the ability to orient and love however they want by nature. Why then is it so unnatural to let us do so legally so long as it doesn't hurt us or our partner(s)? 2 consenting adults should be the only requisite, IMO.

If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
