I personally believe that humans are always born with challenging circumstances; all humans suffer from the inspiration of criminal activity, but also there are mechanisms to help the individual stop from carrying on the act.

In other words; a person might be tempted to rape. But also they can shake it off; they can fight the urge with the rest of features they have in their bodies.

Letting a significant decrease in grey matter control the situation, means that the person just let go, and let the urge take control.

Just like hunger; hunger is proved by experience to appear when no food is consumed. But killing to eat just means that the person got broken by hunger.
