It isn't just affecting their party , gun violence is everywhere, not just big cities or suburbs. I see stories out here in the sticks too. Our gun injury/death epidemic is not a class or race or political issue, but only one party loves making it those things because they put profits over human lives.
I am no fan of revenge and never will be. I don't want their politicians dead just because I don't like their policies. I simply want them to wake the fuck up.
One can hope that they wake up. I consider this a wake up moment for everyone in America on both sides. If we do not take this opportunity to make things better, to ratchet hate speech down, to promote cooperation and compromise, then we will continue on down the road to civil war. And if that is the case, then we Progressives and Seculars better had prepare for it. Then it becomes an issue of survivability.
