Can't be that hot if it "adds 11 different fruit and vegetables". There will be many other hot sauces out there way hotter than it. But it depends what you want. A sauce isn't just about heat. It could be delicious for all I know. Although when I make a chilli sauce I now only have chilli and vinegar so it's far more versatile in use. I made a few bottles of sauce back in 2014 and go through about one a year because it's so hot that a single pea sized dollop is more than enough for a dinner for two.
