As far as all these identifiers, yes, we are all human. However, that can't really be our only identity. Most of us have jobs, families, hobbies, etc. "I am a happily divorced transgender who plays organ for a Southern Baptist church and eats banana bread and Cream of Wheat every morning. Even a bedbound hermit has an identity beyond human.
