I can manage one good squirt of genuine anger a week nowadays. The threshold of my disgust has been raised so high you could draw up plans to continue where the Third Reich left off in my kitchen and I could maybe muster a sternly-worded letter to your local representatives, as long as it was short.

LOL, welcome to the new normal, eh? I suspect that this is the entire point. To dilute the issue and narrative so much that apathy kicks in. Some folks count on others not caring, or being unable to muster a give-a-fuck due to what seems like a mountain of shit all crashing down at once. It's obviously working.

Sure, there's lots of terrible shit on reddit, but most of it isn't being retweeted by POTUS. That makes it more newsworthy than some rando posting gas chamber memes. CNN doesn't seem to have a credibility problem, even though it has a problem with tons of #alternative loons claiming that it does......more people trust the crescent than the president. I wonder why that is? It sure as shit shouldn't be that way, IMO. After all, they're just a cable class 24 hour infotainment network that would, if the ratings were right, run 100% squirrel coverage.
