You'd be shocked. I actually have had both of those happen. The job one twice. I've lived in my pickup truck before and I've gone without medical attention because I didn't have insurance and didn't have gas money and the VA was too far away. I also didn't whine about it, blame it on "the man", and I most certainly didn't look for or accept a government hand out. I've worked multiple jobs at times, bathed in a gas station sink more times than I can count, and I've walked into Hilton's and Holiday Inns for the free breakfast buffets as my only meal for the day while using the GI bill to earn two masters degrees and working.
I'll be the first to gladly accept the "cunt" label if that's the best anyone has. I earn that one at times too. I do tend to be more blunt than most are comfortable with.
If you don't like the situation that you're in, bust your balls to ensure that you never ever get into that situation again. Once you can do that, you'll become very giving to those who are trying like hell to do better, and extremely unsympathetic to those that piss and moan that they are owed what hasn't been earned.
Absolutely sir. I've gotten mine and I'm rather proud of it.
To get back in topic though... The US market is still in good shape.
