There's no question of that. The question was relating to your claim that intelligence is equal among races of people.

If IQ isn't a reliable measure of intelligence then what measurement are you using to come to the conclusion of equality?
And also outside the realms of there being a supernatural regulator I can't imagine how any quantifiable traits could be equal among any different groups of people.
