I'm pretty sure the $200000000000 in annual waste ID'd by Simpson Bowles does NOT include that $50000000.

Sux to be a taxpayer when they are literally pumping money into ratholes for the sake of pumping money into ratholes.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
