George Orwell elevated to "Conservative leader" on conservapedia

This page convinced me the site was a troll:

The mainstream media (MSM), also humorously known by many of its very large number of vocal critics as the lamestream media, are the increasingly liberal media organs that that control our minds and censor the dissemination of news. They are discredited and lampooned by correctly biased internet sources, including Conservapedia.

Well, that depends on your definition of "The site."

As you might have known, the site is run by Andrew Schlafly, who is the son of conservative speaker Phyllis Schlafly. By all accounts, he is, in fact, this crazy and stupid.

As I think I've mentioned before, though, it seems that Schlafly has been trying to keep trolls off the forum, and he seems to define trolls as "somebody who is not willing to act as batshit insane as I am." As a result of his King Lear-like judgement (so much so that I actually wrote a paper comparing the status quo on Conservapedia with the opening scene of King Lear) , many legitimate conservatives have been banned from the site for acting sane enough that they don't recognise sites like the CDC as mere liberal claptrap, and it's actually quite likely that many of the people who are active users are actual parodists.

Here's just one example of how messed up it is. For explaining how problematic Schlafly's banning is, he is promptly banned.
