Is time travel Impossible Because time Doesn't Exist?

but the time we are moving though is now, like you have reached the end but the end is constant if you no what i mean? :B thats what i think anyway, you can't move forward into time that hasn't happened yet.

Let's say you are swimming in an ocean, let's call wherever you are on the ocean "your-current-location-point", now if you swim forward, your new location then will be "your-current-location-point", so did you move forward?
