If their employers decide they need to be fired, that's their choice. The trumpster implying they should, even calling for it, is a tacit attempt to quash their protest which does bring the constitution into it. Too bad he doesn't understand the document he swore to uphold.

Considering I was actually providing an example of a movement arising from protests. I was not discussing the flaws of the Founding Fathers or the rise of the Confederacy, but rather, the importance of protest to American history.
