It is interesting when people try to guess another person's age.  At a mensa gathering, a member guessed my age to be anywhere between 18 and 40 due to my shaved head.  Today, a customer asked if I was 30 (this all started because she asked me if I was an actor; she said I sounded/spoke like actors from old black and white films ) , and when I kept quiet,  she wondered if I was younger, and when I still kept quiet, she wondered if I was 40.  Well, needless to say,  I told her that I was not comfortable revealing my age and she was fine with that.  However, the next time someone insists on trying to guess my age, perhaps I will simply remark that I was once a young man a very long time ago and leave it at that.
