It turned out that sinuses can get bad enough that they make teeth and gums sore so that was my problem.
Still bad but I feel lucky that so far it seems I don't have a tooth and gum problem.
So far in the last few days I've avoided going to the mechanics for a puncture that didn't happen and to the dentist for gum problems which are supposedly sinus problems.
