My point is still the same though. Chicago gets brought up all over social media.

My point is it is not the laws, it is ease of access.

Can you imagine if we only had 13 representatives now based on the numbers when the ink was dry on the constitution?


Our laws are not perfect, but do nothing and sell more is not a solution and Chicago does not constitute the entire country.
