But every 'truth' to you is from the box labelled "God dun did it". So all you're really doing, if you're searching for anything at all, is seeking out things that reinforce what you already think you know. Or probably more accurately, rationalising whatever comes your way to fit those preconceptions.
Wrong through my Christian growth I've found thing I use to believe not true because God has shown me the truth of a thing wrongly believed.
