I could be persuaded that a god exists with the right evidence but there is literally nothing that could convince me it was a GOOD god. That ship has sailed. No matter how many wrongs in the world it could right would judicious smitings and miracle cures (for the diseases it created), it would never be enough. That original sin of fucking up its creation is inexcusable.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
