Don't be too hard on him, 3 hours is a bit extreme to drive.
That is still nowhere near as bad as what morons pay for sports playoff and championship tickets.
I'd love to go to a Superbowl, but their is no fucking way I am going to pay 10 grand or 20 grand for a seat I can only occupy for 3 hours.
I feel the same way about jewelry. I get people like pretty things, but damn you cant fucking eat that shit, and you could use the money to pay for things you need, like car payment, mortgage, rent or food.
Next year I do plan on flying to Oklahoma to visit my friend then take a train down to Cowboy's stadium with him to watch them play the Redskins, but that would be a regular season game, and I wouldn't just be going for the game.
With movies, though, I don't go anymore because people are rude, talk on their cell phones and little kids talk and kick the back of your seat. I'd simply rather buy it on DVD or wait until it comes on TV.
I don't get the hype with this series anymore. They've blown up the Death Stars how many times now?
I loved the original three, tried to give the first new one a chance, but hated it.
