Disney Channel is making history with its first gay coming-out story

I assume that when adults talk about all the violence kids have access to these days, they exclude religious stuff. Otherwise they'd have to ban the majority of the bible.

I remember when that movie came out and religious parents allowed their children to watch it in the theater.  When confronted by the media, their comment was, "It's okay for my kids to watch it, because it's something that really happened."

The holocaust really happened too, but just because torture happens in real life, doesn't mean it's appropriate for children.
