Again - see my previous point. We don't have to like what he said nor is what he said right. But it's his right to say it.

And he's not the only president who has called for any sort of ban on people coming into this country. Furthermore numerous courts all across the country have successfully prevented the so-called ban from even happening.

Yep he did and it was ignorant and wrong. Again - freedom of speech still applies to those who say things we hate. Doesn't make it right but if we take away one person's right to free speech, we have to take it away from everyone.

45 did brag about screwing over investors

And those investors can take him to court and sue him. 

45 did shit on 17 intel agencies because they all agreed Russia was interfering.

Yep. The guy is a bigot. What about anything that he said was actually "illegal" in nature? Again - everyone knows what a racist, bigoted, anal-retentive, mother fucker he is. But you can't throw someone in jail for VERBALLY siding with a bunch of neo-nazi's simply because he said something that offended millions of people.

Yep he did that. In a tweet and in a speech. What about it was illegal in nature? AGAIN - nothing he said was ethically or morally right. But his words didn't trounce on anyone's rights to protest. So nothing he said was illegal.

If the owners of television media, newspapers and internet sites feel that he is somehow trampling on their rights or preventing them from reporting the news, they have an option. It's called Taking the POTUS to court. As it stands, right now, I'm able to turn on my tv and watch all the free news I want to. They are still, at this very hour, saying negative things about the POTUS and his cabinet members. So honestly - where are they being prevented from "doing their jobs"?

That doesn't make anything that he said illegal. It just makes it so that he can't deny what he said.

No sorry, he is not simply "telling it like it is". 45 is actively and repeatedly assaulting our concepts of checks on power and bullying anyone who dares challenge his power. He is no victim, he is a selfish opportunist out for power. He is unfit for office PERIOD!

He is UNFIT for all the reasons above just on ethics alone. Political vilification and scapegoating are the acts of a dictator/despot, not the behavior of a western leader.

I'm not taking his side, believe me. We all know I can't stand 45. But you act like he's not allowed to say whatever he wants to say and you need to be careful about that because if you want him to shut up, then you have to shut everyone up. One citizen's right to freedom of speech - no matter how much hatred we have for that person - cannot be denied or taken away because then we have to do that to everyone in this country.  

He has made ignorant, hateful statements and continues to do so, but that alone doesn't make him a criminal. Has he committed crimes? Probably. But freedom of speech isn't a criminal offense. And that's what my point is here. Every single thing you've claimed above revolves around comments or statements made by trump that he knows he cannot get arrested for.
