I have a question: why is Nebraska black and white? I saw the film Nebraska and everything was black and white. Then, in my favorite show Better Call Saul , when the character is in Nebraska, it goes black and white!! What's up with the lighting there? 

Yep, the Springsteen album of the same name also had a cover that was black-and-white, except for the red letters, which I'm sure were done somewhere else where they had color.

It's the same phenomenon that one finds in Kansas (think Dorothy and Toto and In Cold Blood). I don't know the answer, but those places are definitely not on my vacation wish list.
