I usually ignore or make fun of his stupid bullshit, because he does this strawman shit literally every chance he gets, no joke (the dude seriously has a boner for me or something). It's no surprise that he'd use the murder of children as another opportunity. Perhaps you're right that I should have just ignored, but there's something about doing this when people die that really set me off.
