Atlas can be hard to understand, and I am not one to defend him, but I think he meant in modern propaganda, not in reality. In which case he's sorta right, though still not 100%. I could be wrong about how I'm interpreting what he said, though, I also only read one of his posts. This whole thread is a bit much.

Modern propaganda was developed and built using white man as a test subject; usually the ignorant simple masses too, busy about their daily activities. Just like Asians, just like Arab Muslims, just the activities differ.

The poor bastards are all human and all holding a piece of paper called nationality.
