I say "yes" to wild sex with a beautiful girl, and "no" to that doctor who enjoys prostate exams just a little too much.
Yes, but you are still choosing to live despite the good AND bad that comes with it, right? Do you wish you had never been conceived?
I think the problem of evil is not saying life is not worthy to live, it is saying, a better world would exist if a God existed, a world precisely without suffering. I throughout my Deist years tried to a form better arguments from "evil" and I did, and some people may remember those threads.
The all beautiful names of God are the explanation, as they are the means, as they are the designate leaders and navigators. If we don't understand the patience of Mary and her beautiful scent from that patience in midst of tribulation she faced from her people, we won't understand much.
And Mary didn't care for her own reputation except that people would perish if they belittled her due to the clear proofs regarding her purity and exalted status. To truly seek help from patience and connection to God, we must hold to his handhold and rope (such as Jesus).
It is unfortunate that people take from the light what they like and mix with it from the ugly shadows what suits them.
Jesus could not be separated from goodness and the path to God, because, in midst of it all and the spiritual kingdom, he was the sun by which light encompassed the world, the light of the world, the word of light.
