I may have misunderstood your post.
Do you mean that God does away with the problem of evil as in evil would not be a problem or do you mean it particularly does away with the problem of evil because the problem of evil is only a problem if a God exists?

I think this is false. It's like saying if God was all-powerful, he can create four side triangles.
No, because a triangle has three sides by definition. It is not at all definitionally certain that God can only achieve what he wants through the vehicle of human suffering.
