Why would Hitler be in hell? He allegedly believed he was doing "God's" work. Even if he didnt truly believe that, I'm pretty sure there are no records of him committing any atrocity. He did kill his dog and ultimately himself, but outside his WW1 I don't know as he actually killed anyone with his own hands.
I assume this is a joke?
