From their point of view*, the statement, as a jibe against Warren, is anti-racist as she falsely co-opted Native Americanism for personal gain. He clearly noted the code talkers being honored at the ceremony are the real deal and Elizabeth ain't. Tough point to quibble with although I'm noting many craven attempts.
