Your initial post was very very clear.
You were saying that b12 can only come from animal sorces.
After that when I show you that your claim was a total BS because there is clear evidence that lacto vegetarians don’t need b12 you keep on coming back with more and more BS.
I realize that to admit your failing is hard but is much much better than keep on sinking in the sewers as you do.
