Anyone who actively holds 'intelligence' as a negative should be excluded from the conversation to begin with.

Intelligence is neither a positive or negative. it simply should be views as a measure of indoctrination in a given culture. The word indoctrination should not automatically be judged negatively as well. it simply describes one who has been adopted or assimilated into a given culture. It is the culture that is judged righteous or evil. The fact the even you all automatically judge this culture evil via seeing words like intelligence or indoctrination as inherently being evil speaks volumes.

I don't think you get it. Intelligence is an intrinsical ability.
