How does an infinite amount of time to live, devalue or put into insignificance the present moment, by which we live anyway?
I already answered this question earlier.
You have a valid perspective, I just think there are two sides of the same question, both are true.
Our daily life is insignificant, or would be insignificant, in the context of eternal life.
At the same time, I think sharing that Life or existence, for any length of time, makes it significant. However, having been granted life by God, also comes with the necessary package of eternal life.

Why?
Also, biology doesn't do machinations.
Isn't science trying to emulate that biological machination?
