Acing net neutrality is going to be bad in that regard. People in those highly religious states may have allies in their ISPs that limit the types of sites people in them can view. The kind of crap I see at a woodworking site I am a member of- A guy cut out a thin plywood silhouette of a woman and painted it pink, with dark wavy hair. People were stabbing their eyes out with Bic pens and complaining about how their "12 year old sons visit this site, and shouldn't see this stuff". Gotta be shitting me. Needless to say, there will be pockets of even more ignorant people, if they can't have unrestricted access to the entire internet.
