CL, I am very sorry for your heartbreaking loss. I can't imagine how devastating that has been for you.

I think the fundamental issue here is control over what other people do. I completely understand the reasoning behind pro-life and why one would not want to terminate a pregnancy.

I don't think I'd be able to do it myself.

I do strongly believe, however, that this is an intensely personal thing that nobody else has any business trying to control or even having an opinion about. It's personal and private.

It doesn't become personal anymore when it involves killing someone else.

I fundamentally disagree that it is killing someone else.
