I would not consider that a prediction. More of a desire expressed in biblical times by a displaced people. Besides, modern day people making their claim to ancient "god given" land merely requires military might, not magic.
There was never any military might used in securing the land. Remember the first time God promised to Abraham that the land would be filled by his descendants and that happened through of nomadic tribesman who wandered the desert for forty years. Wandering in a desert is no way to build a mighty army, now is it?
No army secured the land in modern times either the world voted to restore the nation of Israel to the Jewish people. An army has been used in the past and in recent times to keep the land secure. At least it was secure in ancient times until as God told Moses they would lose there home because of sin as a nation.
So let's examine what has happened, God took a wandering desert tribe and through them secured the land for them and then in modern times God convinced the world powers to re-establish the nation of Israel, no magic was needed the power of the might God was what was needed.
