Well I'd want to meet a girl who cared about more important things
Like the actual love not silly 'church' and 'marriage' lol. I think that's very superficial in comparison to the actual love in a relationship.
And if I met a girl that wasn't as interested in me unless I obliged in this - then I wouldn't be bothered with them so much if THAT is what's really important to them! Rather than the actual love in the relationship and the relationship in general :S
I think such things are very trivial and superficial. And I find it bizarre and quite ironic that they seem to be portrayed as so important. Because I would think 'tradition' and 'ceremonies' such as those are fucking trivial in comparison to how a couple actually FEELS about each other!!
I mean, get the point and cut the bullshit if you really love each other I think!! But that's just me. Meh, I guess a lot of people perhaps express love in ways that I find to be quite weird and kind of like holding back - e.g: covering up the true meaning with superficial bullshit like 'marriage', 'commitment' and...'tradition'
Oh well lol; maybe it's just me. But I think it takes the meaning OUT of the relationship (at least me) personally...rather than IN.
I think it actually trivializes rather than uplifts.
