Hypothetical Q's about psychotic beliefs and antipsychotics

Thanks for the kudos Catholic Lady! I hope you don't mind if I highlight you now! If we gave CL antipsychotics starting today she would have a risk for tardive dyskinisia, sudden cardiac death, Parkinsonisms, sexual dysfunction(as in inability to attain orgasm), weight gain, falling, tremors. It would be unlikely she would renounce her Catholicism. The adverse effects of antipsychotics would not warrant the proposed benefits!
