How does PGJ relate to the OP?

He's hot on the Singularity and all kinds of advanced intelligence. And he the only person besides you that would write out an integral that wasn't associated with hard science or math.

I don't know what you meant by the above, because:

• As I said in the OP, the integral comes directly from "Causal Entropic Forces" by Dr. Alex Wissner Gross. 
  
• Although Gross didn't say that our prime purpose/objective is to build AGI, the OP uses Gross' paper, to help show that nature will likely not stop at humans to do entropy maximization tasks, especially given the reality that things in nature are researched (namely Laws of thermodynamics) to be optimizing ways to contribute to increases in entropy, and humans are reasonably not the only possible way, especially when we see AGI likely by 2029, and narrow AI already exceeding humans in several cognitive tasks.
  

Also, apart from "PGJ" I can already tell that "Mathilda" seems to be interested in AGI/AI. This means I don't get what "PGJ" has to do with the OP, because no single human or group, including "PGJ" has monopoly of everything related to AGI/Ai discussion.
