The odds between 1 and 2 shift back and forth depending on where you live. 
I want to shit on my neighbors lawn before I die. I'll pay the fine..I'd even do a night in jail. Imma wait till I'm like 80 though, so I can plead senility. So the odds go up for 2 drastically on my property line.
