"The evidence" and again it's just her story, suggests that she repeatedly and directly rejected his advances, that he even acknowledged these rejections....and that he did, very possibly..commit rape in the legal sense.
I don't know why this has to keep being said.
We can only be wondering whether or not the allegation is credibile..because if it happened as stated, he might not get convicted...but it would be an OJ escape. "If the girl took the bit, you must acquit!"
