I voted two years. In a week, I will look back on which option is most, and decide to act on it.

So because you read things you don't like that bother you, you take that personally? I cant tell you how many times since I've known you how much you remind me of ME growing up.


I took everything personally growing up. If my parents said boo to me, I blamed myself. If the bullies on my block beat me up, I blamed myself. When girls turned me down growing up, I blamed myself.

Your problem isn't that you have a belief we don't agree with. Your problem is YOU, in that you don't have enough self confidence in YOU. I see myself in you. I used to want to fit in so badly that when others bullied me, or even when it was lagit criticism, I could not tell the difference. If you think leaving will solve your problems, knowing myself and how insecure I was long ago, it did not matter if I was in my bedroom, or in my basement, or out on the street or in school, I could not cope back then.

IF YOU STAY OR LEAVE, do it for you. 

Needing a break is normal. But you will have the same problems even outside the web, if you try to fit in instead of being yourself. I made myself a doormat and got walked all over growing up.

Your problems won't go away by leaving this board. I know what I did needlessly to myself. BE YOU and stop worrying what others think. This website is about logic sure. But even if you never come back, you STILL have to deal with the society you live in in your community in your daily life off the web.
