Yup tibs that sucks and should not have been the case . But what does that have to do with other immigrants ?

He’s saying he had to jump through hoops, and that he disagrees with illegal immigration (not DACA). He doesn’t think people should be able to just walk into the country and get the same treatment he does when we spent literally thousands and did more paperwork than most people do in their lives all while having to plan a wedding in short notice.
