You get the odd christo-pagan......sure, not that they're going to be welcomed into the christian fold (and other pagans are genewrally leary of christian themed wiccans..for all their usual ecumenicalism). It takes a fundamental misunderstanding of one or the other to consider one's self both.
You know..on the subject...I think it's a shame that there aren't more wiccans in the world. It's a pleasant religion as far as it goes. Not gonna find many climate change deniers or gayhaters..for example, lol.
I quote the bible and possess a selection of crosses as well. The only thing that makes a person a christian is the belief in Christ. That's it, that's all...and that's a tough nut to pull off, as a pagan. You're referring to syncretism. All religions are syncretic. It's an inevitable consequence of human interaction with religion. Some try to stamp it out, but all fail.

I'm really not sure I understand the point of contention here. Have you looked any of this up, for yourself? It;s not as if you have to take my word for whether or not theres a difference between wiccans and christians, or whether or not christians invented religious paraphernalia like crosses.
Wicca is a highly syncretic religion (compared to others), but the unifying thread between all derivations of the set is a preference for pre-christian beliefs.
Quotes the bible, uses a cross, (facts?). May not call herself Christian, but part Christian is in there.
