As far as heretics go, they got off pretty easy (their books were burnt rather than their flesh).... a fortunate confluence of faith and avarice for both parties.
They re not co equal as in not even Jesus knows when the second comming will be only the Father knows. which means we can assume the H/S also is unaware of the planned date. Jesus/Christ the son also plays the role of a son to the Father. sons and fathers in that day were not equal. unless there is an unexplained dynamic between this particular father and son grouping the Father is the supreme deity but needs the holy Spirit as well as the Son to be God. Remember God is a title or job function description and not a name here. it takes all three to fill the function of one supreme God.
