No, because it is very easy to make up a story and claim it is true, even though it isn't true. People from just about every culture have been doing this for thousands of years.
The main reason that the Bible is considered true by so many people is that someone else told them that it was true. That never happened to me. I discovered a Bible in my parents' library when I was about six years old, and knew all the major stories by the time I was seven or so. No one in my family ever told me it was anything more than a storybook, so it never became anything more than a storybook to me.
