I used to serve Federal Wants in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. Places like South Central LA, I had 20 US Marshals with me. We always had control of the situation, indisputably. Some loco hombres didn't realize that, of course.
I wasn't in South Central. They weren't U.S. Marshals. I still think knocking on the wrong door is not control.
