Clinton wasn't a "piss poor candidate". She won the nomination. I voted for her happily. I think she would have been an extremely good president.
She was brilliant. She would have been magnificent. BUT she would have had a pissed off Republican Congress, and they would have fought her every second of every day.
And the misogynists and Hillary haters would have burned her effigy in the streets. So now we have a racist, misogynist, nationalistic, illiterate, moronic Putin's puppet would-be-dictator in the White House.
The good thing about this is that all of the racists and misogynists and theocrats and traitors and his billionaire rape-the-country cabinet and cronies are all showing their true colors and letting their freak flag fly. What was hidden is now spattered all over the media for all to see. And the younger members of our population are outraged. They have been WOKE, mobilized, energized, and they will be voting.
