While this idea is disgusting & immature & don't see where the ACLU would come in to this. This isn't the government setting up a blacklist, it's some schmuck with an Internet connection.

I don't think so. The Constitution tells the government what it's allowed to do, not what you, as a private citizen can't do.

If I wanted to make a moron registry & started putting people who believed in an invisible sky-daddy in it, that's my business & not the government's or the ACLU's.
