Actually it works ! and it's not strange at all.
On the internet; a single person can have 'hundreds' of accounts on different forums and different sites. Imagine 10 trolls; each has 50 accounts on different sites -including many at facebook;many at twitter; many at different forums like AF-. You got yourself 500 virtual identities on the internet now; but in reality they are the same 10 assholes, spreading the same shitty message in different words; through different accounts.
You can't track them; too: probably they are using a VPN software.
Do you see the issue now? they suck at being bad for this exact same reason: spreading bullshit is a repeated routine they get paid for. Imagine being paid a weekly salary to bully the neighbors' dog; again and again and again. Then create a virtual you; and repeat again and again and again.
Goal is sidetracking you, giving you depression so you quit using the internet to preach what the employer doesn't want you to preach. Institutions pay Billions of $$ to suppress their enemies on the web; in real life of course the suppressing takes the usual methods: "bang bang bang!".
Internet trolls are a sad story of what the human can reach. But it's more sad when somebody becomes a troll without even getting paid.
