I don't think that the common westerner know anything outside what the "Mainstream Media" tells them.
I would describe the everyday westerner to be "ignorant beyond limits" when it comes to foreign conditions. In other words; the common westerner is ignorant as shit when it comes to how the world lives.
This is a side-effect of "minding your own interests only and not giving a damn about other nations". i.e a side-effect of nationalism.
And sadly; the west is nationalist AND secular. Weigh the advantages and the disadvantage while considering the examples of the civilian pressure on the governments in both the 2003 Iraq war, and the war in Vietnam.
At many times; the common westerner is another victim of severe ignorance when it comes to foreign knowledge.

Who said that the title "conspiracy theorist" is legit to describe the criticizers of the American and Western foreign policy in the first place?
Many wings in the U.S and the west ruined the world for goods by the development -and the usage- of nuclear weapons; and wings from the east retaliated in response; creating the mess we have today; AKA "age of deterrence".
It's not a conspiracy to say that it's a matter of time before the nuclear winter begins. Soon enough somebody will drop the bomb. Who? IDK.
