I'm married now, but when I was younger and I was with someone new, I always played a fun game, the "zero-to-ten game." "How about if I tickle here? Kiss here? Lick there? What if I pull this? Push that?"
"Five. . . .five. . . ewww, two! Six. Seven. Seven and a half. . . Nine nine nine nine. Teeee-eee-eenn!"

It's super-fun, and an added bonus is it makes my partner focus on what matters- what makes her feel good. I'm pretty sure my partners' orgasms were real, because I don't think those particular girls would have been willing to make those particular sounds and faces if they weren't real.
